DELIVERY RETURNS POLICY
ONLINE / DELIVERY ORDERS
If you receive your order and you wish to return anything for any reason, you have 30 Days from the date you have received your products to contact us via email on email@example.com or call the store on 0247 222 440.
Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and any subsequent packing material. Should you require Bargains Direct to take care of the return shipping, you will be contacted by email from us outlining the day of collection, and the cost of return shipping. This return and original shipping fee will then be deducted from your purchase refund should you wish to proceed.
This refund policy only covers unopened and unused items. Goods must be sent back in original condition, inside the original packaging with internal and external tags still attached. Proof of Purchase must be supplied when returning goods. All refunds will then be processed to the original account of payment once Bargains Direct have received all goods.
Return of goods can also be completed at your local Bargains Direct store in Penrith for online and delivery purchases, refunds will be processed via card ONLY. To do this you must first contact us and advise us, where we will then make the alternative arrangements for you visit our store. Once this is done, we will action the refund within 1-2 business days.
